Fiberspar flexible fiberglass tubing
Fiberspar flexible tubing is a spool-rollable product, designed with an internal thermoplastic pressure barrier, reinforced with high-strength glass fibers, amalgamated in an epoxy matrix that form a unique structure, integrally joined, thus avoiding
presence of annular rings and the requirement for vents.
Fiberspar flexible tubing is designed for corrosive collection and injection applications of general and sour produced fluids and gases, in diameters from 2” to 6”, immune to corrosion. Fiberspar can handle pressures up to 2,500 psi and temperatures up to 180°F in hydrocarbon applications, and for water applications it can handle pressures up to 3,500 psi and temperatures up to 203°F.
Our products are designed with service factors for water, oil and gas, in full compliance with API 15S.

Pipe is supplied in continuous lengths up to 9,000 feet (2,740 m), wound on spools, for quick installation.
Its outer layer is resistant to wear, provides excellent mechanical protection during handling and installation, and provides protection against UV rays.
Fiberspar connectors are easy-to-install mechanical connectors designed to grip a GRE structure, avoiding problems related to viscoelastic creep associated with thermoplastic materials. Connectors are available in different metallurgies and in all standard configurations (flanged, threaded, solder ends, etc…), or custom connections can be supplied.

STAR, Red Thread HP and Bondstrand
Jointed tubing for oil and gas production is manufactured in sizes ranging from 1½” to 40” (40 to 1000 mm) in diameter and pressures from 150 psi (1.0 MPa) to 3500 psi (24.1 MPa) depending on size and temperatures. up to 212°F (100°C).
High pressure products are typically used to transport highly corrosive produced water and COշ from the central station of an oil field to injection wells. Additionally, the line pipe is used in low to medium pressure oil and gas flow lines where corrosive flows are encountered.
The epoxy resin systems offered include aliphatic amine, aromatic amine and anhydride curing agents, and each provides slightly different chemical and temperature resistance. Fiberglass reinforcement provides structural strength. NOV Fiber Glass Systems line pipe is manufactured with a minimum design life of 20 years at rated temperature and pressure in accordance with ASTM D2992 Procedure B and industry standards such as API 15HR and 15LR.
STAR fiberglass articulated pipe
La tubería de fibra de vidrio articulada STAR™ se fabrica en tamaños de 1½ a 40 pulgadas (40 a 1,000 mm) de diámetro, dependiendo del tamaño, maneja presiones de 300 a 3,000 psi (2.1 a 20.7MPa) y temperaturas de hasta 212 °F (100 °C). Ofrecemos conexiones 8rd, conexiones tipo Super Seal™ con O-Ring, de 2 y 4 hilos por pulgada y conexiones mecánicas tipo Super Seal-Key Lock (SSKL), sin rotación con llaves de bloqueo. No hay necesidad de equipos o accesorios como abrazaderas, come-alongs, adhesivos o mantas calefactoras, ya que no se requiere unión en el campo.
La tubería STAR™ Super Seal-Key Lock (SSKL) logra una instalación más rápida y fácil, para diámetros de gran tamaño de 14 " a 40". Su diseño de alta presión es laminado, utilizando los procedimientos API 15HR e ISO 14692, lo que lo convierte en un producto confiable en nuestro portafolio de sistemas de fibra de vidrio. Su sistema de unión único se especializa en el método de bloqueo de llave de una junta autolimitada, que ofrece un montaje rápido, mediante la utilización de llaves de bloqueo dúctil para la restricción mecánica. La articulación se inserta directamente sin rotación. Disponible con una o más llaves de bloqueo dependiendo de las clasificaciones de presión. El sello hidrostático se realiza por medio de un O-Ring.

Downhole Tubing & Casing - STAR
NOV Fiber Glass Systems is the leading manufacturer of GRE downhole tubing in the industry due to its unique patented fiberglass layer sequence, which provides superior tensile performance. Tubing available in diameters from 1½” to 9⅝” (40 mm to 250 mm) with pressure ratings from 1,000 to 3,500 psi (6.9 to 24.1 MPa). Casing is offered in sizes from 1½” to 9⅝” diameter (40 mm to 250 mm) with pressure ratings of
1,000 to 3,250 psi (6.9 to 22.4 MPa). The STARWell design program will help select the correct product based on tensile and collapse conditions.
NOV Fiber Glass Systems offers GRE downhole tubing & Casings manufactured with three different curing agents, which withstand temperatures up to 212°F (100°C). All products come in standard nominal joint lengths of 30 feet (9.1 m). NOV downhole products are used in a variety of highly corrosive applications, such as CO and saltwater injection wells, for corrosion control, in observation wells for
monitor formations where steel can interfere with monitoring equipment and in producing wells where steel products corrode easily.
STARWell
NOV Fiber Glass Systems’ well simulation analysis program was developed to analyze actual wellbore conditions so that the correct tubing products can be recommended to the customer. Often a number of conditions will be evaluated using best and worst case scenarios, thus assuring the customer that the product will provide years of trouble-free service.
Red Thread HP
Red Thread™ HP tubing is a wound filament product, utilizing epoxy resins and continuous glass filaments, with a resin-rich interior surface. Pipe and fittings are available in diameters from 2 to 24 inches with pressure ratings up to 450 psig static at a maximum operating temperature of 210°F. Diameters up to 36 inches are available upon request. Compatible epoxy fittings are manufactured with the same chemical and temperature capabilities as the pipe. Depending on the part and size, fixtures will be compression molded, contact molded, hand fabricated, or filament wound.
